FDFW | 20-MINUTE | FIBERGLASS DOOR & WOOD FRAME
Designed by our technical team, in partnership with key supply chain partners, our Fire Door Systems offer proven protection for both life and property in the event of a fire. FDFW Fiberglass / Wood Series is comprised of a 20-minute fire rated fiberglass slab, prehung in rated finger jointed pine frame. All components are UL rated. 

FIBGERLASS SLAB:
• NanYa high performance fiberglass doors are designed for residential and commercial safety, featuring 20 minute fire rating.
• Compliant and tested for UL performance for fire resistance to comply with Canadian Safety Standards.
• Full length steel reinforced wood lock block; insulating core of 100% CFC free polyurethane; waterproof composite stiles and rails - designed for the Canadian climate.
• Compatible for cylindrical latches with maximum 2-3/4” backset, 5-1/2” on center deadbolt. 

• Smooth White Flush - Width: 3/0 Height: 6/8
• 6 Panel-  Width: 2/8, 3/0 Height: 6/8

WARRANTY: Door slab carried limited 25 year warranty. Frame carries 5 years on components if painted within 45 days of purchase. 
 
DRILLING: Double drilling only. Complete with mortise faceplate for superior hardware installation.
 
SWING: Inswing, Outswing

WOOD FRAME:
Kiln dried, finger jointed primed pine available in 4-9/16” or 6-9/16” jamb depth. Brickmould factory installed. Frame is labeled for 20-min fire-rating. Adjustable strike: included. 

SELF-CLOSING HINGES:
These hinges are placed in the bottom and middle hinge pockets to pull the door shut after it has been opened and released. Tension is to be adjusted on site.

Rough Opening Measurements (RO)
Add 1” to width of net frame
Add 1/2” to height of net frame

Outside Measurements of Brickmould (OSM)
Inswing: Add 2-1/2” to width of net frame
Add 1-1/4” to height of net frame

Outswing: Add 3” to width of net frame
Add 1-1/2” to height of net frame
