Endura Ultimate Flip Lever Astragal Retainer Kit with Plates includes the needed pieces to keep the strike and deadbolt plates properly aligned within your Ultimate Flip Lever Astragal System.
Includes metal strike plate, deadbolt plate, and the plastic retainers to hold both into the astragal body
The strike plate has four directions of alignment to best position it with the door latch and to properly compress the weatherstrip
Available in two plate finishes and two retainer finishes to best match your current astragal system
Compatible with older Ultimate Flip Lever Astragal Systems

Where does it go?
Located within the Ultimate Flip Lever Astragal System, this retainers and plates would be located in the center of the inactive door, across from the door?s latch.
What does it do?
The retainer sits within the astragal channel to hold the strike plate into place
The strike plate has an extended lip to pull the active door's latch into the inactive door.
The plate and retainer kit enables 4-way adjustment mechanism to properly align the strike plate in your astragal, improving the compression of the weatherstrip

Endura Ultimate Hurricane Astragal Component Kits provide a clean appearance on the header and sill, allowing your astragal's bolts to lock and unlock with ease.
The plates provide additional reinforcement to the holes in which your astragal bolts lock
Smooth metal plates that can be installed flush into your header

Where does it go?
The header plate is installed on the header of the door frame, allowing reinforcing the hole for the bolt pin
On Outswing Applications, the metal plate is also installed on the sill deck to strengthen this hole
