Installed between the sill and door frame, the end stiffener adds greater protection against leaks by blocking the path of the weatherstrip and sealing up to 1/2' above the cap.

The sealing gaskets attached to the plastic stiffener eliminate the need for caulking

Designed to work with strike margins up to 5/32', but continues to work even if the margins reach 3/16' (with an applied corner pad)

Protect your Z-Articulating Cap Sill from scratches, scuffs, and dents with this sill cover. This unique two-piece design includes a Z-AC Cap Cover and an interlocking deck cover. The cap cover keeps the spring-loaded cap in the downward position while protecting the spring-loaded cap assembly from any debris throughout the construction process. The deck cover protects the sill deck from any scratches and scuffs.

Cap cover locks onto the Z-AC cap assembly, while the deck cover is hooked onto both the cap cover and front of the sill deck.

Available in multiple widths to cover your sill system as completely as possible. Sill systems for French or Double Doors will need two sill covers to span the full sill.
